SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will always go out of our way to make our customers happy. Below are the details regarding our shipping and returns policy.

SHIPPING

All boards in stock will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of the order being received.

Transit times are usually 2 business days for the east coast of Australia, 4-5 business days to Victoria and South Australia and 5 - 7 business days to WA.

Custom boards have an estimated turnaround of approximately 3-4 weeks to allow for manufacturing time in our facility in Tweed Heads.

You will receive email updates when your order is placed as well as tracking details once shipped.

RETURNS

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of ship date, providing the board is in as new condition. Once received and condition verified, you will receive a full refund. Please email us at australia@superbranded.com to arrange with us.
